if anyone has any idea about how to make will in canada? heard that we can do it online also? or do we have to go the lawyers only for the same? please do guide us if someone has any idea about the same.

First of all congratulations on the wise decision to make a will. My husband and I made ours about two years ago when I realised that without a family in Canada my children could land up in foster homes in care of the state. We made a will with the help of a lawyer and did not regret it. I believe she pointed out many fine points that we would not have thought of otherwise. and took great care to address our concerns about custody of our children in case something happened to both of us.
