I am a pr card holder in canada and a gc holder in us , i am living in us at the present time , but i want to continue my pr card and become a citizen , is it possible to have citizenship of canad while living in us on gc
please advise or suggest some lawyer for consulatation

You need to meet the residency requirements for citizenship.

Similarly, you need to meet the residency requirements for maintaining PR Status.

Note that residency requirements for maintaing PR and Citizenship are different.
There are ways to maintain your PR status without being physically present in Canada (refer above link), however, citizenship requirements are based purely on physical presence.
