MBA is good .. MBA with first class meaning less here.. Nobody looks at how many marks u got in ur Degrees

I dont understand how people after 5-6 years exp dont realize this..

When a person is reading a resume like this it reflects badly on ur communication skill..

Once u land please use the newcomer services to tune ur resume for the local market..

I have seen some newcomers dont even bother to change their contact info when they forward their resume.

I have also enrolled for CGA and got 11 papers transfer credit now I am in Level 4.

I will keep in mind all you senior CD's advise/suggestions.

I am landing on 28 March 2010 if you guys come across any vacancy as Accountant, please do let me know.

I am fully prepared to slog for few years and I am not going back as a loser. I will struggle till I get success in Canada same thing I did when I came to Bahrain 10 years ago.

I appreciate the spirit and I'm sure you will find right work, even though you may have to struggle in the begining. ( not necessarily). The best thing is to get certified here.

I moved from bahrain to toronto in 04. By the way how is Bahrain..

Hi Colgate,

Bahrain is good now the Job market is also improving lot of people were made redundant last year. The weather is fine now but by next mth heat will increase. Labour laws regarding job change has also been ease down.

I spent 10 yrs here so now its time for me to move on. Colgate if you are in Toronto we might meet some time.
