hi ugot boss,
Mumbai do give Rs 40000 crore per annum to center in terms of taxes. Money is their. U asked why so many poor in mumbai. Well human filth comes from east India & from Bangladesh. That's what shiv sena cry about.
Delhi have more cars than combined all meteros of india. I am from delhi. Where u find so many two wheelers in Delhi?? It is very dangerous for two wheelers to drive in Delhi. All road are full of buses, trucks or cars. I find none female two wheeler driver. Male drivers too are mostly motorcycle chaps. I did find many occasionally getting ripped off on the national highways approaching Delhi by the trucks.
