What’s the procedure for renting a place in Toronto. Also where can I get information about rental agreements like government websites. What should I look out for before signing a rental document. Also when a basement apartment is rented should the lease agreement include all utilities that are included in the rent etc. Also does the commencement of the rental agreement begin from the day that we move into the premises

Utilities are most likely included in monthly rent for the apartments and not included in case of townhomes and homes, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.
