no i dont have PR Card i m going on Travel visa. i have to re-apply for PR card .
we applied for pr card in our first landing, we came back after 10 days without having pr card in hand .After 4 months we got a letter from cic stating that our given photos were not as per their size specifications so we need to go there in person.

but due to some other reasons and also advised by you people at that time we didn't go there in the time limit specified by them. so they have closed our files now and we have to re-apply as fresh ones.

do i need to carry the funds as before?

YES, you will have to show the proof of funds while landing and also bring all of the other documents that you will need.

Dear Freddie

one of my friend in canada told me that as now i m having the status of PR so, i need not to show the pof again, it is only for first time landing when the status is "Landed Immigrant".

As this is not my first landing and i m also not having the pr card in hand due to photo size problem.

FROM where i can confirm it ?
please advice .

You are O.K. just come on your Travel Document as you have already landed once.
You only show PROOF OF FUNDS once when you land.
