Hi,
I am a Canadian PR engaged with a Canadian Non Government Organisation in India. I understand that the days I am employed with the Canadian NGO in India can be counted as the days I am present in Canada as the organisation I am employed is a Canadian Organisation registered in Canada.
I wanted to confirm that once I complete my equivalent residency days ehile being engeged with this Canadian NGO in India, do I become elligible to apply for Citizenship or will I still have to come back to Canada and complete the days reqd.

The days you're employed outside Canada on a full-time basis by a Canadian business or in the public service of Canada will only be considered towards your residency requirement to maintain your Canadian PR.
Canadian citizenship requires 3 out of 4 years physical presence in Canada.
Hence you've to come back to Canada and complete the required number of days to qualify for citizenship.
