Regarding entry and PR renewal
Dear all,

It will be very helpful if anybody advice me regarding my PR renewal and entry problem.
“ We including my wife had got PR and SIN Card on 29th May 2006.

We landed Toronto on 29th May 2006. We were stayed there on 20 days and came to United Arab Emirates. Since that time, We have been living in Dubai and in the mean time we have a girl baby born on 17th July 2009.

Noted that we had open Bank A/C there and could not maintain status as there is no money in my account and also I have lost all account open papers.\\\"

I would like to go permanently Toronto on the month of February 2011 alone and wish to sponsor later as my wife's PR will be expired on 29th June 2011.

My question are:

1) Can I enter on February 2011 as I already violet 730 days psychical presence in Canada?
2) What types of question I will be asked by CIC office and What will be good answer for me.
3) What will be suitable excuses which can be convinced immigration officer.
4) If I can enter, what types of problem I have to face there.
5) Any bad effect will come as I left toronto with zero banace and had not closed bank A/C.
