Is it possible that a family apply for PR renewal under one file and get renewed card at different date and time?

me and my husband applied together in one file. After few weeks ecas displayed decision made and later I got a letter from local CIC to pick the card. The letter was containing my name only and my client ID. So the CIC office issued me my renewed card and for my husband it is advised to call CIC - Sydney.

My ecas now showing complete but for my husband it's still showing decision made.

We are confused to see this scenario. Can any one share the experience.

It happened to me as I got my PR card three months fater my family. Don't worry

Your post put me in great relax. Infect we have to travel India under emergency so we requested urgent process for PR card with submission of return e- Ticket copy.

Further our citizenship file is already transferred to local CIC office so our program under emergency too very short for a week to 10days.

CIC consider our request and within a week we show decision made message on same ecas screen of our citizenship file. But on my screen one additional line quoting "We returned your application to the Case Processing Centre.The Case Processing Centre will continue to process your application within the normal service standards. "

And I got my PR Card within 19 days while my husband ecas does not carry above line message so still showing decision made and on clicking decision made icon, it states that in four week times the job shall be done.

What do you say for such message? Any comments welcome.
