thanks for previous valuable advises, this really gives us peace of mind.

I would like to know about EI, the issue is ...

My wife work at apple one around 950 hours, and one day she had an issue on work place..

her Winter Jacket was take by someone from the staff room, and security did not find out.... and no body care for her and she has to come home by bus without winter jacket...... temp. was -15..

Next day she request again to look into it and she found one african girl has used his jacket... she complaint the supervisor but nothing is done just ....Oh by mistake she took....and after 3-4 days they told my wife that there is no job.... Reason work load is very less so they dont required more peoples. (Factory Job)

We request to appleone supervisor and after few day she sent to new place for work..... the work was very less so 10-15 days of work there was no job.... we decide to go for some higher education so applied for EI online... arond 15th Feb.

Now We ask apple one to provide Employement record as required by EI, with a reason that there is no job... was delay and it took around 15 days.... now till now we dont any payment from EI. department ... every time we call them ... wait file in process..


Kindly advise what is the best option to get our EI fast.
