Just wondering what CD do in winter to keep active and fun? Calgary is having a good CD population but I never see any CD in winter sports or visitors in Banff, Canadian Olympic park, Jasper or even walking, jogging on Bow River. Most surprising for me is even who born and grew up here in Canada (I can not see them even) what they do in winter?
But there are lot of people on these places most of the time and lot of fun/party in restaurants and mountain bars.
Yeah i have observed the same all over Alberta ?
Probably because these Activities and places are expensive and most desis are struggling in Canada to make ends meet.

You know you are a desi when ........ You spew forth the virtues of India, but don't want to live there...............You've never had a tanning salon membership
You may be right Loser. But there are few things that are free but just need a little drive. Like walking/hang out on river path, family walk in nice cold sunny days in any provincial/state park on snow (Snow walk is hottest activity in north America now days as easy, fun, good exercise and no money needed).
The hottest activities in US desi guys are eating rice/roti on each other home at weekends. Giving trouble to the ladies on weekends too.. Now sure about Canada.
