Hi everyone, Back to School season is here and I am planning to to buy a laptop - following are requirements:
Internet surfing
Skype
Basic Gaming (no advance graphic cards)
Budget 400-600 (looking for deals with ~200+ off)
Can you share a link of any good deals you come across in the next 2 weeks? Thanks!
I would like to stay away from Acer. Inclining towards ASUS as some people have advised it is a very good laptop with no brand cost. Open to HP / Toshiba / Dell etc. Please share, thanks!

Thanks for recommending this, good idea, but it is not very comfortable for typing. I do a lot of emails, forum contributions, etc. I have already ordered an HP Tablet, fingers crossed if I get one, they are out of stock. It does the same job as an IPAD, for my requirements, if I were to buy an IPAD. Still looking to buy a laptop - some crazy deal.

While I agree that Apple tablets are the best, I don't really see any justification of their high prices. The highest model being priced equivalent to a mid range laptop, even though a tablet device does not completely replace laptop functionality.
I bought an ipad2 for someone earlier this year and really have to admit the Apple store customer service is out of this world! I felt like I am in the states..
