Anyone know place in Scarborough where I can get discount/low price Dental exam and treatment. It's urgent please

There is a south indian or a Sri Lankan dentist at the intersection of markham road and eglinton (1 light east on eglinton). I have not used his srvices, but heard he is good and reasonable, if you dont have insurance coverage. I am sorry his name escapes me, but should be hard to miss him if you are in the neighbourhood.
