Hi,

I am sponsoring my parents.

Does my Dad only has to fill this form "Additional Family Information"??? My Dad is the principal applicant

Should my Mom also have to fill a separate form???

Both your parents have to fill separate forms.

Also, it might help to post all your queries in the single thread that is dealing with the overall issue rather than posting separate threads on each query.
