CAD 2200 is around Rs.1,10,000. If you use Rs. 20,000 a month, you can save Rs90,000 a month in India.
If you come to Canada, then you will have to study Msc.How much is the scholarship.I think as per current rules, you will need to finish Msc before you can apply for PR. Your Bsc may not get you enough points for PR. Msc chem. is a useless field in Canada when your skin is brown. You may get entry level pharma jobs in Toronto unless you move to Regina or Saskatoon.
Agreed that your saudi salary is low but Canada life be better. That is what seniors of CD should advise.
Peace

You can become PR if you peruse MSc.

If you are interested to get in to Phd .... it will give you some earning and later a job in the university ( not guaranteed). It is gong to be very challenging one .... if you like challenges, if you are single and not having much financial commitments ..... you do not have to think much to take the dip.

If you do not find a job or rewarding career .... you can always look for a job again in Saudi.

Thanks a lot to all of you for being kind to respond to my post.

My Scholarship is 18000 CAD $ per year..and after giving fees , I will have only 1200$/month at my disposal.

My goal is to get PR after doing MSc ...and wish to have a professional job ,...teaching / research / industrial job.....

so.confusion all around....

will i get PR after MSc......?
will I get a job.........?

no clear answers...............

but life is full of risks.............and may be i will go for it.................or not......have time till September..to ponder about it...............................

Hello Khkh,

Getting PR with MSc is certainly yes. As you have got eropean degree, it will be helpful in certain ways. Don't get rotten with saudi job & calculate taxes and etc . It s all silly talk.

The main point is what are your long temr goals & interests. ome body may say, asia is shinning and several jobs there etc. Asisn market is highly competative with large skilled population.

Go for you MSc and take your PR and look for permamnet settlement in Canada.

Good luck

Cheers
