Dear All,
My parents are here on a visit visa to canada and i want them to take to US.
My question;
Can i apply their US visa from Toronto they have 10 yrs multiple entry canadian visa.
Please advise?
Thanks
Yes you can. Generally, the visitor visa denial rates are very high since they are not applying from their home country.

Hi Aditya,
Are your parents ever visted to USA before, If yes then the chances are fair enough.
As one of my friend's family did applied before and they received.
My parents are comming as well and planning to apply in may. As per the embassy site, they recommend to apply from home country but not restricted to.
I am taking a chance as they had 10yrs multiple to USA before and got expired last year.
Will keep you updated of the outcome. If you are applying before may 2nd week, please update your results as well.

Thanks MRK
If they have visited US before, then there is a good chance they will get it but, not 10 year Multiple, maybe things have changed
In 2000, I applied for US Visit Visa from Toronto and they gave me 1 year visa, upon asking why only 1 year, I wanted 5-10 year, she said only from Home Country
I had prior F-1 Student Visa ( Lived in US for 2 years )
Previous B1/B2 Visitor Visa and been to US times 9 times, with 2 10-year extensions since 1983
Hire an govt approved Immigration consultant who advice to you how to get back your parents in Toronto. He will guide you about documentation and all other information regarding immigration and visa services.
I wish you all the best
