Desi's can you please advise what you do for medical insurance while you are having your own incorporation (IT sepcificaly)? I am talking about prescription drugs/eye/dentals/hospital etc.
I understand that if one of the couple is a FT employee the other (who has incorporated) can utilize the spouse's medical, but this is not the scenario.

O.K. so you do know this system of taking a ride on wife's employer's policy. And you cannot do that for obvious reasons.

Now that you know a few you can call them to find out HOW they can help you.
Most of the IT guys, get into contract mode for a few years and then back out
and get back into the "Employee" mode. At which time this insurance that you
want to take now, gets dissolved and the benefits also get underwaterer and
you will find that you are at the losing end. SO, think twice about insurance,
But you can surely get some term life for starters. And there are tons of them
in the market, who will give you a standard policy.
In this business mode, you are paying twice the amount to the Government
on all the counts. Your accountant will tell you a little bit more if you ask him.
Or alternately talk to some one who is also on a contract. A cup of timmy will
go a long way in learning the ropes.
