Hello Group
I need to convert Ontario driver license to Washington state DL. Can anybody tell me how I can do this without having to go through the hassles of written test and drive test in WA.

The only Canadian province WA state has a reciprocity agreement to exchange the DL without taking a written and driving test is BC. If you are from any other province, you will have to start from scratch. Here is the list of documents you will need:

This means, if I covert my ON license to BC license then I can convert that to WA license. Now I need an address in Vancouver/Victoria where I can send my converted BC license and then get that forwarded to my WA address.
