Address change using kiosk

Does anyone knows ,
what documets required while changing address of driverlicence and health card using KIOSK
I never used kiosk before.

If you are in Ontario:

Unfortunately you want be able to use Kiosk anymore. ServiceOntario kiosks are now history . See News Release : Kiosks permanently closed

You can do it online but no idea on documentation requirement.

I think all the kiosks are shut down. So your options are change it online or at a Service Ontario office.

If you are a PR you need to have the COPR number which is available on the Landing papers.
