please anybody explain me how to make dudhina muthia?

Here it goes DISCLAIMER:I hold no responsibility for the outcome or the repercussions on consuming the said item
NEWAYs:
1.Peel & Grate medium sized Dudhi and leave it aside.
2.In a bowl take 2 katori atta( wheat)
3. Add to it 1/4th katori besan( gram flour) and 1/4th katori suji( RAVA)
4. Add masals like chillipowder or green chilles and ginger paste, turmeric, pinch of hing, salt, grated garlic if u like, 1/2small tsp sodabicarb, some coarsely ground or whole jeera, 2 tsp. white till (sesame seeds), little black pepper.
5. Squeeze out water from Dudhi if too much, and add to the above dry atta with masalas and mix.
6. Add 2 tbsp. of warm to hot oil and mix again.
Shape into rolls and arrange neatly into a greased steamer or steel chalni and place in cooker . Steam for about 15 mins.
Let cool, cut into roundals. Prepare tadka with oil, musturd,methi, hing and curry patta and saute the roundals till nicely reddish golden.
Serve with ketchup or chutney.
U can even store the steamed rolls in the deepfreeze and when required thaw and do tadka and serve.
hope this suffices.This is the way I like or know to make them. Some fry them but I find this method healthy and gr8! for the kids.

I made it last week according to "greycells" 's receipe.It was wonderful !
my husband and I were so happy.
I had a complain to myself that I can not make good muthiya.but thanks to u,I can make it now.
