It is heart warming to see such a nice website and people helping each other.

Here are two links which might narrow it down to the one the OP wants. The prices are for comparison only.

The second link will give a manual for the item in question. It will be available from the BOSE's website for any model.

Please note that this item purchased here in the NORTH AMERICAN Continent comes with a 8 foot Power cord, that has a THREE PRONG PLUG that works ONLY here in the NA continent. It is set for 110 Volt 60 Cycles. It might not work in India. And if it does, no one knows for how long. (That is using a step down transformer) Now the question is will the sound be the same quality.

Take a chance, if you feel it is worth it. By the by.. the package weighs 36 pounds.

I was talking to SEARS and they confirm that it is for 110V 60 Hz. i.e. the one for NAC.

I own the Bose cinemate system for past 2 years , my suggestion will be - not to buy it.
and reasons are :
- in same price there are other systems available in market with better soung output - I also have speakers from Polka Audio and klipsch together with sony reciever. the output is much better with those speakers.
- Bose woofer (and speakers) cannot be connected to a reciever (amplifier). and only works independenly.
- There is no manual switch on/off in cinemate system. Without a remote the system cannot be even switched on. the day you lose remote or it does not work or even batery is down, you cannot use the system. I had to wait for one month before getting new remote shipped after my old remote was pieced on floor.
- the central unit where remote infra is affected is so small you literally have to go near it to switch on using remote. The range automatically diminishes. This happens within few months of use.

BTW thanks for your reviews.

You will need more than just a power converter ..Make sure it converts not only to right voltage but also watts besides Mhz .
If I was in your shoes , I will refrain buying electronics from NA . I once carried printer from here and regret it.
