hey everyone,
Please analyse my situation and help me clear my doubts. I'll be grateful.

Background:
I'm on student visa here from september 2013 to august 2015.
I took up a course of one year..I did one semester from september 2013 to december 2013 and then i dropped out of college. I havent been enrolled in any course since jan 2014 till now.
I have a boyfriend who is canadian permanent resident (not citizen yet). We are in a serious relationship since past 5 months and plan to get married. we want to do a court marriage at present without our families being involved (since they are against our marriage due to religion issues) we plan to do a proper wedding after 2 or 3 years from now as now we don't have the finances for a wedding function, also because our families are not involved.
Will the visa officer be suspicious of our wedding since its not been too long that we have been in a relationship. Its a genuine relation and we have many many pictures right from day 1 we met and all chats and messages.

I have few doubts in my mind:
1) since he is a permanent resident and next year he will get citizenship, can he still sponsor me?

2) I'm on student visa here and not enrolled in any course at present, so if we get married within a month from now, will my student visa status be cancelled and will i be on implied status? or will i still be on student visa?
If ill be on implied status..can i get a work permit or something on which i can continue to stay here? And if im on student visa still, then can i somehow not continue my studies as international student(not enough finances to pay international fees)?

3)I can't continue my studies as an international student due to financial reasons. is there a way that i could pay domestic fees and continue studies. if yes then after how long from the day we get married and file sponsorship?

4) it is totally a genuine relationship, but the fact that it hasn't been too long..can our file be rejected? what can we do to make our file strong?

How to make your file strong? : Get a maid of Honour, and a few cherubic kids with bouquets and some one elderly to give you away. Find a Justice of peace who will swear you both as Husband and Wife. Make sure that he only charges you a nominal fee. Two Good Witnesses to sign your Marriage Document. (All of these are readily available at the Stationery Shop.) You may have to go through a medical, please check that. There may be a wait time. Ask the JP.

A bottle of Champagne, two glasses, just for you both. Couple of Bottles of wine and your choice of a restaurant to celbrate the occasion with all of the people who were present, a dozen, and a week end at the Niagara Falls and it is all signed sealed and delivered. Can't get any stronger.

You have an years Student Visa, report this lapse to the CIC, you have packed up and will start the year, the very next semester. That will keep you in good stead.

The BF sponsors you as his wife and pays the fees. Also applies for an Open Work Permit and when you get the WP, you are all set. When he sponsors you ask CIC to change your status here as spouse. They will want you both to be together at the least for One year, to be considered as married. They might have changed it too, ask the people at CIC for their current requirements to obtain sponsorship, after getting married.

Who cares how long it will take you to get the sponsorship. Stay together and live happily ever after.

CONGRATULATIONS.

FH.

I wanted to say all of this in my last response, but I did not want to rush it. Nor did I know the circumstances.

In any case get a nice Video Camera and Record the wedding and the Dinner and with the pictures of all of those who were present, you will have a lot of memories to get started.

Also start a GUEST BOOK and get it signed. Also, Start a small album.

EDIT.:Please drop in at the Immigrant Help Center at Burnhamthorpe

Hey,
thanks for your reply.. this will surely help make our file strong.

As far as my other doubts are concerned, I'm still worried because i don't know how things are gonna work. Before the first approval of inland application happens, can i continue to stay here without enrolling myself in any course/college. At the moment also I'm not enrolled in any college

You need more than help. This was posted in my last response for you to read and follow. I repeated the same here. After you read this, first do what you need to complete, before they throw you out or start a case of deportation. Rules are changing.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2014-02-12.asp

I also gave you a location to visit and complete all of the formalities. There is a gentleman by name PRAVEEN KALRA there. Here is the location.
Address 3650 Dixie Road, Suite 103
Mississauga, ON L4Y 3V9
Intersection Dixie and Burnhamthorpe.
PHONE : 905 629 1873 Ext. 244

ALL THESE SERVICES ARE FREE...So, avail them...

He also knows you are going to meet with him. So, do it as soon as you can. Carry all of the documents, study permit, receipt for the fees paid to the school/college and your Passport and get your Fiancee to guide you to that location. You are all set. If perchance you have a lap top carry the same and obtain all of the websites and links while you are there. Alternately, provide them your email and you will have it there.

We will do our best, now YOU do your best to complete your share of the obligations for both of you.

FH.
