My status in Canada is a worker and I got my work permit on October 2013 after finishing my post-graduation degree in international business management from Toronto.
I am doing a full time job which falls in NOC B category job and doing it for 4 months in Toronto.
I was suggested to apply for my wife as a multiple work visa on my dependent and I did the same from India but got rejection due to my temporary status and lack of job security.
In meanwhile, I came across new immigration rule in Nova Scotia for Provincial Nominee Program, which states that if you were an international student and finished your graduation from any Canadian college and if you have full time job letter from any Nova Scotia company, you can apply for PNP right away.
I started applying for work and company wants me to move there inoder to hire me. I am ready to do that but still they do not guarantee me a work.
Now I am confused, should I stick to my work in Toronto and apply for PNP after 8 months or should I move to Nova Scotia for my fast PNP?
Anyway, I want to call my wife and if you have any other alternative then please guide me.

YOU MISSED THE BUS. You should have got a TRV for your Missus with an OPEN Work Permit before you started your studies. That way she could have worked here all along and supplemented your studies and expenses.
Now they are screwing you up. The Baskets.
Now you are here in Ontario and have a good job. So, hang in there and carry on smartly. Complete your required time and then apply for PR and in the mean time work with the papers for sponsorship. This time take a few hours off and drop in at the Burnhamthorpe road, Immigrant help center and ask for one Mr. Kalra and he will help you fill all of th papers in a proper format. It is all free.
