Why bjp lost in Delhi..
1>bjp vote share remained same in both the elections(34%). whereas people who were voting for cong(20%) voted for Aap(31%).
2>Projecting Kiran Bedi as CM backfired, many people within bjp were working against it.
3>Modi campaigning in Delhi. Being a PM, people expects more matured stuff from him.

It is politics as usual as in one party tries to one-up another, irrespective of election results. Are you not aware that this happens in politics? This is why I say you're not accepting reality. This happens everywhere.
Also, the role of the courts is not to get "appalled". That kind of emotional play is Kejriwal's domain. The role of the courts is to issue judgments and decisions. So regardless of the "opinion piece" that you've linked to, the rubber will meet the road if the courts deem that the LT is overstepping boundary (or Kejriwal doing so), they will issue the decisions to stop that.

You did not get the point. The point is whatever happened a few months back is not relevant anymore. A number of things have happened within the AAP since then that people certainly did not expect (remember the Bhushan/Yadav fiasco and all the stuff that's happening now). Future elections are the only accurate bellweathers.
