Thanks Sandip for the info , I have got a pre approved HRDC job (software developer ) but no letter from HRDC approving the same , just a letter from my company stating that it is a HRDC pre approved job. Am presently working for the company in Manitoba, will it be better for me to go through the provincial nomination program of Manitoba or the federal process through Buffalo . Thanks again for all the help .
