Fido, Try CARSTAR Etobicoke North location on Taber Road. Excellent body shop. Or you can try Car-part.com and search for bumper for you car.
But I would recommend going to CARSTAR guys and have a written quote first.
I recently got some work done on my car from this guy
Leo
(647)4038982.
He's located near Airport and Derry. I wouldn't say he's a perfectionist but the work was quite good and the rate very reasonable. My car is not that new and plus I was paying out of pocket, so I didn't want to spend too much. I would probably have paid at least 6-7 times of what I paid him at the dealership (You can negotiate a bit with him too).

Are you there?
Fido,
Apart from other useful tips, here is one more.
Buy the bumper from auto wreckers at Diamond road (Mississauga / etobicoke border) or happy. These people are not who Hiren mentioned but they carefully take the useful and undamaged parts one by one , catalouge it and sell it. Almost looks like new. Their price will be mid range.
Buy this and take it to any body shop at confederation parkeway (south of central parkway W). Lots of vietnamese / korean / chinese body shop owners there who will do it for 1/2th the price of a desi body shop. I have done it this way before.

Dear FH,
I am glad you came back to post and proud to be partially responsible for your return. .
Thanks for pointing out a very important consideration for car body damage repair. In this case the damage is to the rear bumper, so it had no connection with crash sensors. Also rarely are the crash sensors located in the bumper, they are most located in the engine compartment and the ECU.

Also, more recently some of the models in premium category have proximity sensors in the bumper to help in parking. In those cases you need to look out for wire connectors while dismantling and installing.
Do hang around, don't go away.
Hiren
All 'em sensors, sheesh. Glad, I have a 12 year old clunker at 285,000 km which has never seen a USB port, let alone a dang sensor on its tush
