Household incomes of new immigrants when leaving India

It may sound harsh but this is based on my observation. People come with families from middle east, make there family stay here and go back to middle east. The kids get free school, declare no income, get GST credits and whatever possible. No taxes paid as the income declared is zero. I came across so many people who own beauty parlours/do business at home. But declare zero tax, claim all the benefits/kids go for free school. These are people who come to Canada just with the objective of giving nothing to Canada and getting everything such as free school, free health care and possibly citizenship down the line. This is looting.

Middle East People & Gulf people, mostly Pakis have made a business out of it
. People who come here from India directly, don't really have that option as the salary is NOT that great in India for them (husband) to go back and earn money & wife/kids reap the benefits over here
, but for Gulf people its an option.Husband is earning tax free salary in Gulf ( which is often way more than what an average Cad. makes as its tax free), while wife & kids are becoming Canadian Citizens here, plus getting Free healthcare, Free school, Cad. Passport , monthly OTB benefits, monthly Child Benefits, qtrly GST/HST benefits. All this can easily be $ 1,000/month tax free for them.
Hubby comes once in a while to maintain his PR . Even if he loses his PR, he doesn't care as his kids who are NOW Cad. citizens can always sponsor him in future as a dependent
Wife and kids also get FREE TTC tokens to attend various newcomer programs, FREE computer classes, English & French classes , Various Free trainings & job skill programs too
OTB : Ontario Trillium Benefits.
Child Benefits : CCTB, UCCB etc etc.

You are right .. there s a category which exploits the generosity of Canada ... not only do they exploit while they are here , they go back once they have got the citizenship ... I have also heard / read that they buy goods for others with their credit cards and take lesser cash from them and then leave with huge unpaid credit card bills ...
But these are a very less % .. thankfully.
