Hi everyone,

My mother has 10 yr multiple entry super visa and her super visa
is valid from nov 2015 to nov 2017. My questions are:

Does she need to go back to India before nov 2017 or can we apply
for extension before (nov 2017) whilst she is staying in Canada ? If we apply
from here will they extend for two more years ?

If she need to go to India and for eg., go in March 2017 and come back to Canada in 3 weeks
do they stamp her passport for 2 more years that is from March 2017 to March 2019 ?
Or they don't stamp as she has valid multiple entry super visa until nov 2017?

It would be great if anyone could answer these questions.

She can stay within Canada and EXTEND her stay till she gets her TWO FULL Years. It might call for the extension of the Super Visa Insurance. (Tentative one that is) Talk to the Agent who issued to you the Policy.

With the 10 year Super Visa, it is a lot easier to enter or re-enter Canada.
