Thanks , Sunil, for the important input...so far his case has not been rejected...and GOD Willing he will also succeed since he has been waiting for the last 3 years...therefore let's pray and wish him goodluck..

If an applicant scores less than 67, the applicant's credentials have to be quite exceptional for the officer to consider issuing a visa.

If the spouse scores 67, at least there's hope that she can be the main applicant next time round.

Sir, You have already replied while I was posting the request again..But in this case, his wife has 1 Year of work experience...in that situation she will not get marks (Maximum) on experience and quite unlikely to make 67....so...what choices are we left with....CHC has still not rejected his case....what could be the chances of Hope..in %age....

You have less than 10% chance of being accepted. Best advice is to take ielts again and score more and submit results to chc very very fast before they make final decision.

Based upon your assessment, my friend is taking IELTS again and submit the result to CHC at the earliest. This time, he will work hard to get better marks...
