Will someone inform to me where do all the rich and elite people stay in Toronto and Vacouver cities or Canada?
Every region has its areas of elite crowds and people.
What about Toronto region and acouver city?
Please inform.

lobster, not everyone thinks the way you and the other moderators do about caps as you say "Yelling", sometime is just happens out of convenience without conveying a yelling feeling

Its not a question of what someone thinks, we're talking about an internet convention here. I did not make it up myself, I promise.
And I did not complain till I noticed about 7/8 posts with the same thing. Also, I'm not the only one who complained.

Going back to your question.. I am not sure how important it is for you to know the answer.. but I can only tell you about Toronto.. I guess Rich and Elite ppl are mosly concentrated in Bayview area of Toronto.
And most of the rich ppl prefer places out of Toronto which for them is a little too crowded. They prefer to build mansions in places like Oaville/Oshawa and Markham

HOW UNFORTUNATE THAT THEY DON'T.
IT IS SIMPLE COURTESY, AND PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE TO BE REMINDED OF THAT. IT IS SOMETHING LIKE SITTING IN YOUR OFFICE WITH YOUR LEGS ON THE DESK WITH SHOE SOLES FACING THE VISITOR - NOT THAT THE VISITOR CANNOT TALK TO YOU AND EXCHANGE VIEWS AND THOUGHTS - JUST THAT IT MAKES HIM TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE.
SIMILARLY, IF ONE WRITES THINGS IN FULL CAPS, IT IS READABLE BUT NOT COMFORTABLE TO THE READER.
AND IF THERE WAS NOT A DIFFERENCE, THEN ALL THE BOOKS AND PRINTED LITERATURE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN FULL CAPS, SPECIALLY PRE-DESK TOP PUBLISHING DAYS WHEN THE PRESS GUYS HAD TO PUT EACH LETTER (METALLIC) MANUALLY TO FRAME FULL TEXT!

Depends on whom do you consider rich and elite (they are not interchangeable terms mind you). I have a neighbour who is extremely rich (not less than $ 5million net worth) but does not seem elite to me in any way. At the same time, I have a friend who is not rich (not even employed full time) with a net worth of about 100k, but extremely elite in his manners and way of living.
May be a comparison to Indian standards would be easier to understand your question.
