I thought we r in a capitalist country with hire and fire for any reason .. more so if u r not indispensible... causing so high heart beats among us Indians used to Govt. jobs.

First .. before answering we should know purpose of the question.. so that it can be answered better.
Do u want to go to that area or u want to know the lifestule of that area .. or u want to invest there. more profit.. since buyer have good money? !

Be humble in life, even if you are rich or have aspirations.
It is your character, will and determinations that should drive you not analysis of RICH-ELITE . You are not going deep, just getting nervous
Stay cool and let it hit you in the face.
After 3 to 6 months you will be ok !!
Till that time invest in studying about new home with respect to area, services, facilities etc on the NET. If you have money lean how you start business in Canada, make business plan etc which will save you time there.

i find the question puzzling. perhaps the asker just wants to stay in a good neighborhood. the answer to the question is that there are several neighborhoods which are good. and u can look online for prices of apartments if u want details.
