hi i apply as pr for canada in june 2005 and receive AOR August 2005. the time limit on AOR was 30 months. My problem is that i cannot check the status of file on the web site. Is it true that CHC London not yet process my file. Please help me how i can check my file status online.

Well you must have received an acknowledgement from them as you said they mentioned the time frame for the reply to be 30 months. On the same documents you will find your file no mentioned which would begin with a 'B*********' series, you need to enter that file name and your second name and necessary details on the below mentioned website

Just click on 'On-line Services' and enter your details. The site is very extensive but yes its user friendly hence am sure you will get your way thru.

yes i received the AOR and file number. I did every thing but not able to get my file status on the web site. Even i just try as per mr. Bell mentioned that first write the file no. which start as Bxxxxxxxxx. Then i type my 2nd name then date of birth and country but still not able to get the file status. The message came "May be we received ur file but not yet begin to process. Even a lot of my friends apply later and they getting the file status any time. Any one can help me how i can get my file status.

last month I completed my medical, i want to see what is currunt status of my file, but it says may information is incorrect. last month i was able to view my file info, but now some prob....

but for you guys still some time is left for planning, for me not

Well may be they have still not updated the details on the website or else there is a problem with their system... Another option could be you could write to them mentioning the problem you are facing and if they could you on the same.

Meanwhile if you have applied thru an agent you could ask your agent to check it at the office thru which they have applied.

THEYtake a long time to update the status. i remember that it did not say ap[proved till after we had landed incanada and that was 2 months after we recieved out visas
