I'm a PR in Canada and want to register my company in Canada. Since I live in the US - I do not have a permanent address - are there virtual offices available.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can contact any professionals in this area like practising CAs, CGAs etc. who would not only help you in registering the company, but also provide you with the registered office address, which usually is their own office address. They will usually charge a yearly fee for such office address, and some fee for maintaining books/records at this address.

Hi, I agree with Chandresh, since I was also on the same lines as you are, the difference is I have registered my business name and have an address of my freind's house.

but the other way is search on google or somewhere " virtual offices in Toronto area" etc and you could get lot of them.
