PCC - Which Local Authority ?.

Dear Masoodji,

Can you please advise as to how to go about getting a PCC from the country other than India.

Been in Kuwait for more than 6 months - resident.
Earlier i used to go to the Indian Embassy and get the PCC stamped in the passport. Seems this is not sufficient.

Which local - Kuwaiti - authority do i've to approach to get a local PCC. Which police station ?.

Can i approach the Ministry of External Affairs ?. !
