Lost Baggage

Hi Verappan,

I also fell in their trap 2 months ago when I went to India. Their airbus and service was pathetic, they lost my baggage. I wasted 3 hrs at the airport with them and then it was the turn of the Custom Officers who harassed me as I was the only one left there, I lost my ride from the airport and many more. To top it all their office in India did not help with the baggage claim and also with a return date change. I treally regret using their service. On further investigations I understood that this is very common with Al-Italia and this is going on since long.

When i approached their office in mississauga they sent me a cheque of $100 which is not even worth the cost of my damaged bag. These guys are hopeless.

I appreciate your concern for fellow desis and sharing ur experineces about Al-Italia. Eversince this happened I advise everyone NOT to travel by Al-Italia.

I don't have anything personal against them ...... , but as it is

their on-board service was HOPELESS , on top that , I was

made to run around for a couple of months , without any

immediate relief , when the Temp. was around -18 .
