I once made a mistake, but I was wrong about it.

When I saw the title of the post, I thought someone is referring to DTC - Delhi Transport Corporation - buses.
Anyone who grew up in Delhi or studied there will remember the DTC buses with fond memories.
The all-route passes, the Univ. specials, the concept of "staff" - O Boy, that brings back nostalgic memories.

I thought the Delhi govt. is reviving the same buses once again, but alas, the post is about something else
