I think i should call my insurance co but the only problem is i will have to take the brunt of deductable ,that is not fare atleast i should get her charged for all this shit .

This is canada discrimination at its height no charges police officer told me he is not charging her bec he had a talk with her .
She is eluding me till date ,will call my ins tommorrow .

Well i did have a heated argument with Police Officer but he wont let me know what reason she has given to him ,i went to the extent saying that may be tommorrow if i was to hit somebody and do the same thing will i be left scott free ,no sir this sir that sir.
I would have gone to higherups ,infact she has called me today and has fixed a time at a Body shop in Mississauga ,don't know if she will showup.Here i would like to know do i need to exchange any thing in writting with her ..?
