Take a friend with you and ask him to take a picture of you two together at the body shop without being very obvious. You never know - you might need some proof someday that you actually met her to discuss the damage.

Chandresh Ji,
This is a good idea. But, in some countries e.g. US, secretly recording a conversation with another person (without the knowledge and/or permission of that person) is a crime.

Hope there is no such law regarding taking photos in Canada.

Regards,

It is not a crime in Canada to secretly record a conversation/video with others provided YOU are one of the participants. It is illegal to record a conversation between parties where you are not one of them. For example, I cannot go and put a tap on someone else's phone line. But I can certainly do it on mine.

I do not know about the US but IMHO I am pretty sure it must be the same, but then as I said, I don't know.

And so yeah...finally what happened?

I'm sure Jake3d must be going, look I told you not to trust her.

If you do wait for her...and get the work done from a body shop of her choosing, you are putting a lot of faith in her. Her past actions show that she was trying to escape her responsibility until confronted.
Do you think you can still trust her to do the right thing? Or is she going to try to pull one over you again?
The insurance company would probably be able to look after your interests better than she can.
