it is so dificult to tell that we are refused, they( imm. dept.) has refused our relationship. we two lifes are completly in depration and sorrow because we loves each other and we can not live without each other.we are in pain now . what will happen .
actully my wife is a canadian citizen and me an indian. and some month ago we are refused.
now we have appeal. paying a lot of money is so difficult for her. she worked so hard.the govt. should also think about her and for relation of a husband-wife. why some one seprate two loves i can not belive this but it happen to me.
so if any one here can tell me about the time period for the procedure that how much time will be taken for a complete appeal, and after that too?
we are legaly married and every thing is true and real. we are in pain any help will be appricated.
if any one who has already win please help us.
