I don't know about canada but a lot of transcription work is going on in USA.

Ads go in classifieds or business section of Canadiandesi and not in the forum.
Outsourcing is a challenge for lot of medical transcriptionists coming from India to settle in Canada. US has lot of jobs for transcriptionists even after outsourcing but not Canada!
