What alternate documents can be presented to show parent/child relationship in absence of birth certificates for kids for there citizenship application. Birth was not registered and citizenship office has requested birth certificate for the kids.

I believe they would accept the parents information and/or the school certificates showing the either parent name as a valid form of parentage verification.

I am sure some CDs would have gone through this before.
