Hi CD friends,
My daughter canadian citizen, has married to a guy in India, both of them now stay in India,
Canadian consulate has rejected visitors visa for the husband, 3 times, is sponsorship is the only way they can visit this country?
Now if she is applying for his sponsorship, with her in India too, is this going to create any issues in getting the sponsorship application approved?
Please share your ideas and or experiences .
Thanking you for your time.

Hello Peacock,
YES YOUR DAUGHTER CAN SPONSOR HER HUSBAND FROM INDIA, BECAUSE SHE HAS THE PREVILEGES, BEING A CANADIAN CITIZEN..
Your Daughter being a Canadian Citizen, has the previlege of sponsoring her husband, your son-in-law, while living in India. If you have all of the forms in hand you can proceed now. You can also provide a covering letter mentioning this and write and ask for a set of paper application form from NEW DELHI Office. Take your own sweet time and submit the same from her Indian Address.
In preparation, she will have to provide the background details that led to this marriage, and provide all of the details prior to, and the details of the ceremony, and also after the marriage, with pictures and paper back ups. Preferably in a chronological order.
Also, Proof of residing together, Joint accounts, Joint Properties and if they have children, then copies of all of the documents and information provided to the Canadian Government about the birth of a child to a Canadian while residing abroad.
