there are lot of hidden facilities around us. but many of us are not aware of them or just ignore it. For example there are youth hostels all over the world. but how many of us make use of it. last week i went to Dubai and stayed there for a night. they provided 2 star facilities just for CAN$ 15 including break fast.

Very interesting being in Dubai I never heard. Though I have heard such facilities exists....elsewhere.
Anyway.. how to be a member of such organization.

When you stay in such Hostels like YMCA etc, you can ask them for the membership, the membership would be valid for all hostels in their network.
I have a card called "Hostelling International Card" which I got in Switzerland when I registered with one of their network hostel.
