On a side note appraising the evolution of India :
Any city that u stay in u get a highly skilled specialist doctor who consults u at a pittance with in a day !!! Imagine - u have one of the best medical systems albeit privately .
Any city u reside in u can have the best tailors , cooks , restaurants ,clothes that u wish for .
Each city is a complete world, civilizatioin in itself !!!
Of course crimes , pouplation and pollution are also the ante side of every city .

"True, but the general trend is to judge Canada or other immigrant nations more harshly than the motherland. Like I said, I understand. I will always show a positive biased towards Canada. It has given me no reason to do otherwise"
Fortunately I am not one of them as I have learnt to appreciate the little things in life, like clean air, no biq ques, relatively non crowded transport, No late sitting, No unpaid office work on a holiday...... The list goes on.....
I donot know the background of those who complain... so prefer not to speak for them. However what I don't understand is why doctors have to deliver pizzas on a long term. I belive even if they make a mistake and feel cheated they can always go back and have good life, they are in good demand even in India.
But then thinking vary
India will move forward............but never forward enough than Canada!!!

[India will move forward............but never forward enough than Canada!!!]
In terms of what?
In terms of good infrastructure, in terms of cleanliness. YES
But canada would be far lacking India may be 1-2 decades down the line. In terms of new innovations, new technology, hottest market of the world, new investments, happening place of the world, in terms of service industry of the world etc and lots of other things.
Already india has started shining in areas of IT, bio technology, and lots of things are happening in Pharma sector, nanotechnology. Just like IT india is now poised for next leap called Medical Tourism. Major surgeries are now being performed in India and you know what lots of people across the world are coming to india for high quality and cheap medical services.
Already in Pharma india is far ahead than china in manufacturing generic drugs. Maximum number of patents are now being filed in India in Pharma.
All high tech hollywood designs / animation / 3D desings is now slowly moving to india for their innovative and cheap designing.
IITs and IIMs are taking over top institutes of the world for higher education.
Last 3 years have seen heavy change in India with lots of Super Malls coming up, Multiplexes etc. Consumerism is booming now.
India is just lacking in terms of Infrastructure investments by Government to maintain cities which hopefully will be sorted out may be in a decade or two.
Reliance has discovered world biggest gas reserves in Krishna Godavari basin, Andra Pradesh. Huge Oil reserves have been found by cairns energy in Rajasthan.
Orissa poorest state of india has worlds largest iron ore reserves. Posco, South korean company will be investing mind blowing Rs. 70,000 crore FDI to set up world biggest green field Steel industry. Other big groups are following like Tatas, Birla and ofcource world richest indian and steel conglomerate Mr. Mittal. Orissa will be seeing investments of more than Rs. 2,00,000 crore in Iron and steel in next two decades. Can you imagine this.
I was shocked to read here in paper canadian govt following US company like anything for investment of JUST 1 million dollar ( I repeat just one million dollar FDI). This is peanut compared to major investments happening in India.
US has now singed agreements with india in defence, space exploration , nuclear energy as they can use india's IT talent to write millions and millions of lines of code for their high tech weapons and space exploration and ready for technology transfer.
Please do not underestimate India. List goes on and on… India will be third biggest economy by 2030 after US and China. Yes Japan, Germany, France all will be far behind.
I am afraid canada would just be tourist spot by then and and will be far behind India. There will not be enough skills / advantage canada will have other than Tourism.
Jai Hind
Now thats what I call a purr fect Dip Dips
Whatever sector u may look @ marketing , IT , medicine India has got more talent than US / Canada . For an average doctor / engineer in Canada there are 10 in India who are more qualified and skilled and guess what -- they dont wish 2 leave their country .
I think thats a reason 2 b proud of abt them and salute 2 them coz coz of them India is shining despite all the heavy brain drain that it suffers.
The wound is the rampant corruption / politics / crime . These negate the developments that take place & force ppl 2 come abroad . Notwithstanding the no.s that coem out the kind of business and work culture and education and society and professionalism and infrastructure-despite-all-odds is outstanding .

PS : For a moment imagine-Canada crumbles with a population of
30 million. Imagine what happens if the population is increased to 30 times or over a billion as in India s case. And still doctors work as doctors and engineers work as engineers in India & contribute their skills .
Guys guys.......
Why do you forget that population is increasing at a steady rate of 1.2% each year. Just imagine how crowded India will be like. Is the govt. doing anything about it?
C'mon you go to gas stations and you have to stand in line.
You go to watch a movie you cannot find parking.
A simple livable life in India is beset with struggles.
Though every place has good points to it and bad points to it.
With so much population India will have a lot of competition. Look at taking admissions at the IIMs - cut throat! You have to be the best in India otherwise you live a life like among the Billions.
Canada is a developed country and socio-economic patterns have shown that a developed country with good infrastructure has easy in-roads to growth. Why do you forget Canada's proximity to the US markets?? It's trade, maybe it could be a big trading partner of India or China.
Whatever you say, India will never be able to make itself a better place to live in terms of Canada.
BUT if one is ambitious, willing to go through all the heat of struggle to make a place among the crowd of billion, sure go ahead.
Wind it all up in Canada and fly back to India for good.
Why not?
