I am planning to sell my car.
What r the steps? Do I have to make sure car is inspected before sale? What about the license plate, Do I have to return it or keep it with me?

You can sell car "as is"(buyer will certify) or you can get it certified, it is up to you. Depending on the car's condition, it might be easier to sell if you certify.
You are owner of the plate. You can either return it or put on another car and do the paperwork at MTO.

One more Question . Can I sell my car to a person living in US ? If yes then, Will I have to notify MTO of this?
