I just landed in Toronto last week along with my family from India, I have applied for PR card but have not got it as Yet, I wish to Visit My spouse's family in New York Next week.

please guide do I need Visitor Visa for travelling for 3-4 days in USA ? or any webiste/place where I can find more information on this issue.

Yes you need a visit visa if you're a PR.

You need to take an appt. with the American consulate (usually takes about a month or so to get the appt.).

If you or spouse have a job, you do not even need someone to sponsor you.
Our family got 10 year multiple entry visa without a problem.
