Should we apply PR for US born son?

I and my wife are applying for canadian PR. Our 2-month old son is a US passport holder.
Should we include his name in the application as well?
Legally he can stay in Canada on US passport. But what about health care?
does one has to be PR to get health care in PR?

You dont have a choice - you have to include your son to your application. It does not matter if he is a US citizen.

He can enter Canada but can not live there indefinately. Moreover he can only get govt. health care if he is a PR.
