I have couple of questions.Hope u can help me.


My daughter is a US citizen and She is Permenant resident for canada.We want to apply for PIO for her.
Can we apply for PIO card here at the toronto consulate.

or since she is US ctitzen,do we have to apply for her in US.

The answer to your question is just a phone call away - ask the consulate directly, you will get the right answer and not guesses.

My guess would be you can apply here in Toronto - but that's only based on logic.
