do vocational courses also count towards the immigration points? i think she has some kind of software development degree from IIT india... and is upgrading herself.. and wants to know they cud..

IIT is well known educational institute. But I don't understand what are you trying to convince..
Vocational courses...?? Software development degree...?? It could count for immigration point but can't tell you definitely.
