Chandresh,

I think the month of december might be a problem. I also have Kids Christmas party on the same day from my company. The next weekend is Christmas party.

This might be the case of others. What about Second week of January?

Just a thought.

likewise, as I have mentioned, december is not the best of times for me to take off for a cpl of days (since I'm coming from Montreal). Jan 2nd week sounds much better, have never driven there in winter and hope the weather is not that bad. I can always join in by speaker phone for sure if thats the case though. Actually i can join in by phone even in december. let me know once you have finalized the date.

Well, if you guys feel that January 2nd week is a better time - so it be. While there will always be people who will have reasons for not being able to attend some meeting, and we cannot postpone the meetings - still, let us start on a strong footing when everyone is comfortable.

Shall we say January 11?? Same time same place??

January 11 is no problem for me either ...

just a doubt ... why can't it be saturday? ... If People are coming from out of GTA, then they should have enough time to go back, relax and start work on Monday.

I only thought that usually people do their groceries and other household chores on Saturday. If people prefer it, we can have it on Saturday (since I do household chores all week long!!!: )

So guys, what do you prefer? Saturday or Sunday??
